Shipping policy

At Mass-Qu, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We offer Free Shipping to the USA! We are happy to provide these savings to our valued customers.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2 days. During peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may be delayed slightly.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Orders to the United States are shipped via U.S. Postal Service products. Most items ship fast within 2 business days of your order when in stock. For some products, after processing and departing the warehouse, they may take between 10 to 14 days to arrive at their destination. Orders, depending on the destination in the world, might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within this timeframe. As of August 31st, please allow at least 10 days from the date order was placed before contacting customer support about your order status. We will proactively advise you of any delay associated with your order as soon as we are aware this may occur. Potential delays may be associated with the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e., staffing changes due to social distancing guidelines, air carrier flight cancellations, postal service issues, etc.). However, we have made changes to our process to expedite fulfillment of your order to reduce the impact of these potential challenges.

  • We select a balance of the fastest and most cost-effective shipping for our products. Should your order not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us at sales@mass-qu.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order.
