How do I place an order?
What are your shipping options?
Shipping destinations: We ship to the USA.
Shipping cost: Shipping is 100% FREE to the USA.
Shipping times: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. (Note that international delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.) We select a balance of the fastest and most cost-effective shipping for our products. Orders to the United States are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but occasionally, it could take longer. Orders, depending on the destination in the world, might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections. Shipping times vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. As of April 3rd, please allow additional time from the date order was placed before contacting customer support about your order due to high demand, worldwide supply shortages and carrier delays associated with staffing changes due to social distancing guidelines. What payments do you accept?
What is your return policy?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days return or exchange. If a product gets damaged during delivery or was defective upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or you can opt to exchange it for a replacement.
Timing: You have 30-days post-purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange. Goods must be unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase and its original tags and packaging materials.
Processing: For returns, please visit https://massqu.returnscenter.com/ to find your order and complete the return request form. Once approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to complete your return. Seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items if requesting a refund. When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
There are none. We currently only offer domestic shipping to customers in the USA so international taxes, duties, etc. do not apply.
